Urgh!!!!!!!!!

O.K. so I'm still learning and trying my best but how on earth do you change the header color? I'm sure I'm looking right at it. I was hoping to add more pics and everything but I'm very frustrated at this point. Could someone please help me!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!
